From Hobby to Profession
I'm Frank Malcangio, a strategist fueled by passion, curiosity, compassion and the drive to make the best out of everything. A San Diego native born at Mercy hospital, I've made this my home for 48 years and feel there is no better place to live. At age 11 my parents divorced and as my life went through a confused, scared, and unknown period, I ended up spending an enormous amount of time at the Boys and Girls club learning... You guessed it, wood shop. As an Italian I grew up watching my grandfathers enjoy the satisfaction of working with their hands, and I quickly learned the trade and started making furniture for friends and family. It turned into a life long passion that has molded me into the person that I am today. I love what I do.
